1概述
     我公司下属机械汽车修理厂的检修车间有两台st／10．5m桥式起重机，专供检修机械及汽车时作起 吊之用。由于检修汽车时发动机汽缸的找正，对电动葫芦的上升量及下降量的要求很严格，在某一位置时升降机量必须很小，否则汽缸无法找正。这就要求电动葫芦必须具有点动控制，但从厂家购回来的电 动葫芦设有此装置，它没有严格的升降量，这对于汽车发动机维修很不方便。由 于这种实际操作的需要，我们对桥式起重机的电气控制系统进行改进，在上升及下降的电气回路中各增加一只中间继电器 1ZJ（或 2ZJ），同 时增加一个组合开关 LK，其工作原理是利用交流接触器和中间继电器得电的时间差，从而实现点动控制。

2电路的改装方法
    改装后的电气线路图见图1，虚线框内为增设部分。把中间继电器 IZJ的常闭辅助触点串人到原 来的上升回路中，把上升回路继电器3C的常开触
点和中间继电器 IZJ的常开辅助触点橡胶模具并接后，再与LKl、2ZJ的线圈串接并人上升国路中。 同理，把中间继电器ZZJ的常闭辅助触点串人到原来的下降回路中，把下降四路继电器4C的常开触点和中间继电器 ZZJ的常开辅助触点并接后再 与 L K。、 ZZJ的线圈串接并人上升回路中。LKl、LK2为同一个组合开关 LK的两对同向接点，当它们断开时此控制回路跟一般桥式起重机相同 ；当LK组合开关合上时LK组合开关的两组同向接点LKl、LK。同时接通，上升及下降回路处于点动控制状态。

3工作原理
    当总停开关KK合上时控制回路的总电源接通，交流接触器 QC由于线圈得电而动作，主电路中的QC主触 点闭合，主回路的总电源接通，此时主回路及控制回路处于工作准备状态。
3．1不需要点动控制
     当需要 较大的升降量时把组合开关LK断开，即它的两组同向触点LKl、LK。断开。升降机当按下3LA按钮 时交流接触器3C的线圈得电，3C的主触点合，电动葫芦得电而上升弹簧，同时接在下降回路中 的3C常闭辅助触点断开，防止电动葫芦的误动作下降，这时虽然点动控制回路3C的常开辅助触点闭合，但由于LKl断开无缝管，所以上升点动控制回路的中间继电器 IZJ的线圈没有得电而使中间继电器IZJ不动作，所以点动控 制不起作用。只要按住3 LA按钮，电动葫芦就一直上升到上极限点。同理，当按下4LA按钮时交流接触器4C的线圈得电，4C的主触点闭合，电动 葫芦得电而下降，同时接在上升回路中的4C常闹辅助触点断开，防止电动葫芦误动作而上升，这时，虽然点动控制回路 4 C的常开辅助触点闭 合，但由于 L K。断开，所以上升点动控制回路的中间继电器ZZJ的线圈没有得电而使中间继电器ZZJ不动作，所以点动控制不起作用。只要按 住4 LA按钮，电动葫芦就一直下降到下极限点。
3．2需要点动控制
